Dr. Leakey provides individual and group RS/C for mental health professionals. As an Endorsed® Infant Mental Health Mentor - Clinical, she supports professionals working toward IMH Endorsement across categories of credentialling.

Dr. Leakey is committed to the growth and development of trauma informed and secondary traumatic stress informed Supervisors for mental health practice.

Dr. Leakey provides training and consultation for building RS/C capacity in a Learning Collaborative format for groups of 15-40 supervisors.
